I finished the picture of me and Ni yesterday, and truly, honestly hate the shading. It was great when it was light, but (because I was so worried about it showing when scanned) I darkened it all a few shades, and now it looks horrible. I hate it. Enough said.

I drew a self portrait today. I had done a rough sketch at least a year ago, and today for some reason it inspired me. I learned my lesson and kept the shading light and I'm in love with it. It might be my best drawing yet. Looks exactly like the picture, but since the picture is old, it doesn't quite look like me.

I will scan and upload them next time I go to my mom's. I hope the scanner actually shows the shading on my self portrait, because I am very proud of it.

I'm thinking of trying that picture of me I found here on DA (uploaded by Christi), I like me bald, it might make an excellent drawing.
